The biggest question I have for you is: Do you blog legally?
You are doing any other business online. Are you legally protected?
You’ve done all that’s possible to protect your domain, your content and hosting from hackers. You are also protecting your funds and earnings.
But have you legally protected your online business all together?
This is an area that’s being handle with levity. Many online entrepreneurs don’t even know what it means to legally protect their businesses online. But I’m excited today, I was able to pick the brain of a successful lawyer and blogger about blogging and doing business legally on the Internet.
Amira Irfan is not your average girl. She’s one of those reshaping the blogging industry, giving it a legal meaning and protection. Her products Legal Bundle and Independent Contractor Contract Templates are a huge help to bloggers, freelancers and brands.
Let’s delve into the interview and hear her talk to us more about these must-have online business elements and what you should do right now to prevent lawsuits.

Question 2: How did you as a lawyer get into blogging and has the experience been worth it this far?
Answer 2: I got into blogging by chance when I stumbled upon a YouTube video of two six figure bloggers who inspired me to start my own blog the very next day!
You can read all about my blogging experience and how I started my blog in 7 days while working full-time as a lawyer here.
Starting a blog was the best spontaneous decision I made in my life! It has been completely worth it and I really enjoy blogging. It is the perfect creative outlet I can pursue with my full-time job that allows me to work at my own pace and make money from home.
Few months ago, I could only dream of making $20,000 per month from my blog and now to see that become my reality is a feeling that can’t be encapsulated into words!
That’s thrilling. I found out during this time of blogging, you are connected on a more personal note with some blogging experts. What’s your secret?
Answer 3: Haha, no secret! I didn’t start my blogging journey with free resources. Instead I invested in some great blogging courses and tools to learn from the blogging experts, which truly taught me the tips and tricks and how to monetize my blog quickly.
I’m all about maximizing my limited time so I wanted to learn from the best out there. Just network, invest in great resources and learn from the blogging experts that appeal to you!
Question 4: What are the main ways you promote your blog?

Question 5: What was the main problem you noticed in the blogging industry from the legal perspective and is there anything you’ve done to resolve the issue?
Answer 5: I noticed that tons of bloggers were struggling with how to blog legally and I wanted to help! Very few expert bloggers emphasize or teach you how to blog legally. So there’s a gap in our blogging education when it comes to the legal side of blogging.
Everyone is excited to launch their blog and make money but not everyone looks at blogging as a real business that they need to protect legally!
When you start any kind of business, you should fulfill all your legal requirements. After all, blogging is a legitimate online business and you as the owner, need to comply with all the blog legal requirements starting with making sure you have the proper blog legal pages on your site before you launch!
This is where I’ve helped thousands of bloggers and entrepreneurs with my best selling Legal Bundle to ensure their blog is compliant with the law.
Question 6: Talk to us more about your Legal Bundle and why you think bloggers and online businesses need it.
I created the Legal Bundle because I saw tons of bloggers and entrepreneurs struggling with writing their own blog legal pages.
And I wanted to help in a way that wouldn’t break your wallet!
With the Legal Bundle, your blog will be legally compliant within 15 minutes or less. It’s that easy!
Over the years, I saw tons of bloggers making legal mistakes.
For example, you selling products and never having a terms and conditions on your website to explain your refund or exchange policies and then later getting into a legal battle with your customer or client.
Another example, you being sued in Michigan while you live in California because you didn’t have a clear governing law provision as part of your blog’s legal pages.
Another example, your reader suffering a nasty side effect from your blogging advice on health and fitness and deciding to sue you for their damages.
The list is endless! But you get the point.
This is where the Legal Bundle will protect you because it includes sooo many important legal provisions you don’t think about but you MUST have to protect yourself and your blogging business legally.
The Legal Bundle comes with 3 blog legal templates that you can easily customize and begin using –
- Disclaimer template which also includes your affiliate and other Disclosures you need
Plus for a limited time, I’m giving away 9 awesome bonuses worth $1175 to save you more money, time and headache down the road:
This total package of bonuses worth $1175 is free for you with the Legal Bundle!!
Question 7: We have free legal templates out there used by many top bloggers. Do you encourage it and why?
Answer 7: Actually in my experience, top bloggers do not use free legal templates! They know better. They know one simple legal mistake on their part will cost them a lot of money. The ones I’ve come across use paid legal templates written by a lawyer like my Legal Bundle or hire a lawyer to write their legal pages, which could cost you anywhere from $500-$1000.
And no, I don’t encourage the free legal templates because I’ve personally audited several websites that offer them and found them to be quite deficient, missing key legal provisions exposing you to lawsuits and fines!
When I’m hired to conduct a blog legal audit of someone’s legal pages and if they have used the free templates, I can see it right away! So when I show them all the legal provisions that are missing in their free legal templates, that’s when they realize what a huge mistake they have made and end up getting my Legal Bundle.
But why not do things the right way from the beginning to protect yourself legally? And avoid the headache and stress later!
Question 8: One of your products that got me really hooked is the Freelance Contract Template. Kindly tell us more about it.
Answer 8: Thank you! It’s the only template you need if you are a freelancer or a client looking to hire a freelancer to do any work for you! It is a contract template that you must have BEFORE you start working with others in your business because without a written contract, you risk being sued for several things like –
- Intellectual property rights
- Employee benefits
- Not getting paid on time or not getting paid at all
- Your confidential business information being stolen
- Fights over the scope of work
- And more!
It comes with 3 awesome bonuses as well ($500+ total value!).
